Boudoir photography is one of my first loves, and was a beautiful tool in my own personal journey of healing and self acceptance.
When I first decided to pursue photography as a career back in 2017, I wanted to start by photographing nudes in nature. There’s something so peaceful about the naked body in nature that brings us back to our roots. A few brave friends jumped on the opportunity to work with me so that I could learn and start building my portfolio. One of my first wedding clients ever at that time saw my work and hired me for a boudoir session, and she gifted an album to her spouse. And that’s how my bridal boudoir journey began!
I recommend scheduling your session 2-3 months before the wedding so that gives me enough time to edit your images, design the album, and get it printed.
Let’s start with why you should treat yourself to a boudoir session:
🤍 It’s a beautiful way to celebrate your body and this time in your life
🤍 The experience boosts confidence and can be incredibly healing and empowering
🤍 You’ll have timeless, intimate photos to cherish for the rest of your life
🤍 A boudoir album is the perfect gift for your future husband/wife! Just make sure that they are in a private place if they open your gift on the day of the wedding. You can also wait until your honeymoon to view it together!
What should I wear to my boudoir session?
To get the most out of your session, I recommend bringing a minimum of 3 looks.
