Hannon & Cooper’s Austin engagement session was the perfect mix of everything they love — time with their dog Caola, a stop at their favorite pizza spot, and a dip in Barton Springs. It was a joy from start to finish! So excited for their wedding this October at Mattie’s — one of my favorite Austin wedding venues.
We started off with photos of them and their sweet pup, Caola, who absolutely stole the show. After that, we headed over to Home Slice Pizza for a couple of slices (because what’s more Austin than pizza on South Congress?). To finish, we ended the session with a dip at the iconic Barton Springs Pool.
Spending the day wandering around Austin with these two was such a treat. Hanging out before the wedding always helps me get to know my couples even better — and makes the wedding day itself feel so much smoother and more natural. I just love documenting these little slices of life for my clients, and I left their session with my heart completely full.
