Proposal at McKinney Falls – Shelby & Drew

Shelby and Drew’s proposal took place at McKinney Falls (only 20 minutes outside of Austin, TX) during golden hour on a beautiful spring day, surrounded by a beautiful field of blooming flowers.

Prior to the session, I worked with Drew over a few phone calls and email exchanges to plan the perfect proposal for his beloved. He shared that she had wanted to be in nature, so this location felt like the perfect choice. I also suggested to Drew that he write a love note to his future wife! Having a heartfelt message to share with your beloved can add so much meaning to such a big moment.

Drew got down on one knee and asked Shelby to marry him. The sun began to set and casted a warm, golden glow over these two lovebirds.
